Denver PostTim "Barrel Man" McKernan has died at the age of 69. It's amazing to do a search on him today, you know you were a part of the NFL when Sports Illustrated and NFL.com report your death.
I remember seeing him at many a game, many a COLD game. I makes me laugh to think how wimpy I am about the cold. I mostly remember him coming over to the South Stands to get us going in a cheer or start the wave. The Barrel Man was never denied!
