Denver Bronco ticket prices may be tied to something you don't normally associate with the cost of sports, litigation. Former Broncos owner, Edgar Kaiser has been doggedly pursuing what he considers to be his rightful stake in the team. A 10% share that was offered to John Elway in 1998. Kaiser claims he should have been given the first right of refusal. This spat has been going on for years and you have to wonder just how much this is costing Bowlen in legal fees. Kaiser has lost the latest round, the Colorado Supreme Court refused to hear his appeal.
Those lawyer fees have to come from some where. Do you really think it doesn't get passed on to the fans?
